Each home owner will receive a monthly accounting statement around the 1th day of the following month. This accounting will include all revenues received and all expenditures relating to the rental property. We ask that each home owner maintain an escrow account which will be set up at time of contracting. These statements will provide a month-by-month record of all transactions. However, a year-end consolidated statement will be provided for every home owner for tax records.
