The rental income is generated through our association with many of the world’s leading tour operations, holiday companies and direct consumer bookings that have been successfully developed over the years.

Rental income varies from home to home with considerations like: type and size of home, location, quality of furnishings, quality of communities, etc.

When choosing a home with your licensed realtor please consider the following issues:

  • Home/community should be a reasonable distance from Central Florida’s main attractions, normally within a 20- to 25-minute community.
  • Must be located within a legally zoned and approved short-term rental community.
  • Home must be in a good standard of repair (re-sale) and maintained to such standards to include where possible heated swimming pool, tropical landscape gardens, and fully equipped for a self catering vacation.
  • Must be furnished and equipped to adequate standards.
  • Home should be conducive to the short-term rental industry and accessible to clients without a problem.
  • When purchasing a new home be aware that on new communities construction may or may not be an issue which may affect the rentability of a home in the early days.
  • When the intention to rent the desired property is a factor, all contractual/legal and other paperwork must be completed and all necessary licenses, etc., must be in place prior to rentals commencing
