All prices are PER NIGHT and do not include local tax(11%-13%). On time Fee of $40 (Security Deposit Protection Plan) will be added to reservation. The minimum stay is 6 nights. If you want to rent less than 6 nights, please send us email to get quote. The rates are inclusive of all utilities, cable TV and local phone service. Your home will have fresh bed linens and towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Some homes offer extra towels for the pool area – check when you book. Many homes offer crib, high chair and stroller as part of their package – check the individual home details or ask us!
Pool Heating
Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate and is only available from October to May. The rate depends on the supply to the individual home. It's best to book in advance of your visit to allow us to have the pool warmed up before you arrive, but if you decide to have it turned once you get here, that's not a problem – we just ask $25 surcharge to come out & set it up for you.
